No. But we adapt to what you need: individual modules, ready-made packages or usage-based options — you only pay for what you actually use. Try Wrambox for 14 days; if it doesn't convince you, you get your money back.
How does voice control work?+
You speak, Wrambox acts. AI-powered speech recognition understands natural commands — no fixed phrases to memorise. Say “create an invoice for 300 euros to Anna” and it's done.
Can I use modules separately?+
Yes. Each module works on its own — just invoices, just the CRM, however you like. You can change your modules to fit your needs at any time: add or remove them whenever you want.
Can I connect Wrambox with Google Calendar and Outlook?+
Direct integrations with Google Calendar and Outlook are in preparation. For now you manage your calendar entirely within Wrambox.
Is my data GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on servers in the EU and never shared with third parties. Wrambox is GDPR-compliant.
Is Wrambox suitable for the self-employed?+
Yes. Wrambox is built precisely for freelancers and the self-employed: writing invoices and quotes, managing customers, organising tasks and appointments — all by voice. Private users can use Wrambox too.
Does Wrambox replace my invoicing software?+
Wrambox creates invoices, quotes and delivery notes by voice. Important: Wrambox is a tool for generating documents — not a tax or accounting program. It does not file tax returns and does not replace your tax advisor.
Do I need to install anything?+
No. Wrambox runs right in your browser and installs on your phone as an app (PWA). No downloads, no updates.
